Siobhan M Soraghan

Siobhan has an abiding interest in leaders and their followers, processes of change, the making of robust decisions in an ambiguous world, and problem-solving in highly complex fluid scenarios.

She is richly equipped with a rare blend of attributes:

• a host of professional credentials, including: BSc, , R&D experience, a patent, Cranfield MBA, Diploma in Marketing (CIM), Diploma in Personnel (CIPD), Masters of NLP, MBTI licensed
• a keenly analytical mind (ask her for her maths scores at uni!)
• and an unusual depth of intuition and perception.

She has been described as a high resolution mirror with a brain as big as a planet (apologies for the mixed metaphor) – and as an “old” soul with a playful, warm heart.

Since graduating with an MBA from Cranfield in 1991 Siobhan has worked with leaders and top teams crossing a wide range of sectors.  Prior to that she was a Research Chemist and Business Development Executive with BP Chemicals.  In 1988 she should have been running a product trial on the ill-fated Piper Alpha oil rig the tragic weekend that it blew up.  Thanks to a fortuitous project delay, she escaped an untimely end and is grateful to be here doing what she loves…
