Siobhan Soraghan BSc MBA is the architect behind Active Insight.

Originally a research scientist, Siobhan brings an intellectual rigor to her work, along with a passion for innovation. In an early Blue Chip business development role she witnessed growth through acquisition, developing an interest in strategy, culture, and leadership.  She went on to gain an MBA with a distinction in Management Strategic Change at Cranfield University, a diploma in marketing with the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and a Diploma in Personnel and Development with the CIPD.

Since then she undertook a variety of deep personal development programmes, getting exposure to a wide range of personal change techniques and approaches, and gaining a Masters in Neurolinguistic Programming and becoming licensed in many respected psychometric instruments.

She has run a community for high-tech manufacturers, The Innovation Network, for over 8 years, supporting innovation capacity through shared problem-solving and learning events.
